Delivery terms

Shipping Costs
Unit Delivery in Sweden 105 SEK. In the nordic contries 250. When buying goods for a value of more then £ 2,000 shipping is included.

Delivery times and conditions
Normal delivery time is 1-4 working days from the time that we received your order. In cases where an item needs to be ordered from the supplier delivery time may be longer. Notice of any deviations from the normal delivery time or information on the website will be given to you together with the order confirmation. You then have the right to reliquish or modify your order.
 
Shipping Costs
Whatever the size of your order it will cost you 105 SEK. If you buy goods worth more than £ 2,000, it's free shipping.
 
Letter
Orders that have a smaller weight and volume can be ordered whit the delivery method letter. This can only be used when paying by debit card, direct bank payment or payment by installments The order will then be delivered directly to your mailbox. 
 
Parcel Post
Orders weighing less than 20 kg can be ordered with the delivery method Parcel Post When your order has arrived at your Post Service Provider a notification will be sent to you. There are two different ways to get the notification : SMS notification to your cell phone or paper notification. Please leave your phone number and we will send an SMS notification, it goes a little bit faster and is more ecologically correct.
 
Paper Notification
When your package arrives at your Post Service Provider a notification will be sent  to your home. Take the notification to the designated service point to pick up your order. 
 
Delivery Delay
If delivery is delayed we will notify you by e-mail. You, the customer always has the right to cancel the purchase upon delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible for us to complete the order, for example, when our supplier is unable to fulfill his commitment to us We reserve the right to exclude us from any compensation to customers for delivery delays. 
 
Transportation Risk
We provide the transportation risk ie the risk of product damage or loss during shipment from our warehouse to you You bear the risk in the event the product has to be returned to us.
 
Replacement Product
Should any of the items you ordered be out of stock, we sometimes instead sends an equivalent replacement. You have the right to return and get a refund for the product and shipping if you are not satisfied When returning, please contact our Customer Service at tel. 0383 460 000 to send you a return shipping label
