This traditional, american steel pan has 3 "ridge style" gold traps around the edge.
The pan has a large, flat bottom.
Diameter 42 cm (16").

Pros:
Steel pans are beautiful.
Cons:
The gold, in particular small gold, is hard to see in steel pans. You cant use a magnet to remove the black sand. And they are heavier than plastic pans, the dont float and can rust.
